Spoke to Rod on the phone, and they were very professional in taking the time to understand my problem, and in offering their expertise. I sent some photos upon request, and they confirmed that it was a problem with the panel and that it'd be best to get a new TV instead. I really appreciated the honesty, even when it meant in this case that there was nothing that they could do. I've bookmarked the website, just in case I need their services again in the future.

Have dealt with Rod since 1986 and have had many a TV installed/repaired over the last 38 years and have never has one complaint. Our most recent installation was a new wall mounted TV and aerial replacement in our recently open airbnb. Rod found the reception to not be as good as he expected so he repositioned our aerial also replacing old and new with awesome results. I could not recommend Rod highly enough. His attention to detail is 2nd to none. If ever I need a TV fix or installation. Rod is the man.
